No care for owing students

Hi,

I studied at the PE VC campus. I was enrolled for the Bcom Law degree, did my 3rd year last year, then had 2 special exams which I wrote this year January. My issue is then the admin there doesn’t wanna tell me whether I passed the special exams or not, due to the fact that I owe. I wasn’t asking for the actual marks but to know whether I passed the modules I wrote a special exam on or not, so I know my next step. I find this totally unfair and absurd. Granted that the institution may hold onto results if owed, but at least let us know of the outcome of our results. Now grad invitations are out, now I’m wondering is it because I owe or that I failed the exam? See my frustration? Argh.
