Worse Customer Service EVER!
<p>On the 30th of May I was scheduled to meet with a consultant about the course I am interested in doing next year. A friend young gentlemen called me to make the appointment.<br />I then went to Varsity College Rondebosh at 11:45, as soon as I entered there was a young lady by reception, I was not greeted not even smiled at. SHE PICKED UP HER KEYS AND WENT INTO ANOTHER OFFICE. There was another older women there but she was busy with other students, she had a long line of up to 11 students to see to. So I was not able to speak to her.<br />My mother and I waited for 25minutes thinking the younger women would re-emerge because she saw us, looked directly at me. She did not come out.<br />After waiting for 25minutes to be assisted nothing happened. It was disgusting.<br />This was the worse service I have received because we expect so much more from Varsity College, especially because there tuition is so high! You would expect this from an institute such at UWC not a private institution like Varsity College!<br />What type of employees do they have working there, the young lady could see the older women was busy but she refused to help her! Instead she was rude and left.<br />If this was the service one receives when trying to get information what service will one receive when you are registered??? <br />The young lady was our first point of contact and if she can't get it right what staff members can???</p> <p>This was my first impression of Varsity College! Absolutely disgusting. The day before I was at UWC and to my surprise their service was way better, staff were polite and friendly. Which says lots about Varsity College, because I honestly expected to get better service from them compared to UWC and Stellenbosh. Which was not the case at all.</p> <p>I told all my friends at school about the experience as to warn them and get the word out! <br />Because of this impolite/rude young lady, I will not be attending Varsity College. They have the worse customer service ever!!!</p>

I thank you for your response but I am no longer interested in Varsity College Rondebosh any longer.
I have passed your response over to my mother and she has confirmed that she no longer wants anything to do with Varsity College Rondebosh because she also had a bad experience.
You see the following day she went back to speak to the councillor, she wanted to give the place another opportunity, without my knowledge.
She went in the afternoon before 15:00, again the place was busy. There were two different receptionist working, younger ladies whom were both very friendly and smiley. The one was busy with a student and the other was busy with a payment, although the one who was wearing a scarf was busy with the payment she still acknowledged my mother. She was friendly and advised that she would be with my mother in a moment, as the payment was going through she assisted my mother, giving her a form to fill in and advised that she could have a seat and once she's completed it to the best of her ability (my mother did not know all my information) she could just bring the form back then she would have someone come out and assist her. My mother then had a seat.
As she sat down the other door open, a coloured gentlemen in a blue blazer, a women with a scarf and the rude young receptionist of the previous day came out. The gentle men then in a VERY LOUD voice asked the friendly young receptionist that assisted my mother what she was doing there and the other two women accompanying him were laughing and smirking as if it was a joke, what was funny about the question is beyond us! He was obviously someone senior, the young lady behind the countered just smiled and said something back that my mother could not hear.
She was completely disgusted by this behavior, he was oblivious to the people around him to speak in such a loud manner! Was the young lady not supposed to be there. The place was a complete joke, the only person that assisted my mother and whom was friendly and polite was not actually a employee at Varsity College Rondebosh! The person the young lady was busy with was also upset and didn't want the young lady to complete her payment until the young lady said something to her.
This was the cherry on top! Your learning institution is a joke, the people are rude and don't consider the people around them when they want to make scenes.
We are no longer interested in your institution. She did not complete the form, instead she put it in her bag, got up and walked out. Your institution is not professional.
I placed this review to create awareness, I am not interested in being affiliated with your institution. Don't bother giving me a call or a personal response. Just try to rectify the matter moving forward so other people don't experience the horrific scenes we have dealt with on two different days.
We have had enough of your learning institution, and the choice has already been made. Thank you.
