My daughter registered for 2nd year or so she thought. When enquiring I was told that the first amount of fees is due via Eft. Nobody mentioned this. After paying I was supposed to receive a email regarding her login details. A week later still nothing and attempts at calling is futile. Phones ring unanswered for 10 minds at a time. Fees at this institution are more than double those of public institutions. You would expect a degree of competence. What you get in return are endless problems. Avoid this place if you have other alternatives. Compared with public institutions, this place deserves a big fat 0. And this is being kind. To those with authority, your staff will cause problems that end up being very serious. Open your eyes.
