Varsity college ruined my whole goal

I app**** to VC Cape Town Nd started to attend classes beginning of March after 3days of attending classes was told they made a mistake I wasn't eligible to attend anymore and that my registration would be cancelled and I would be refunded and that I should apply for a different course at any other institute I didn't want to make a thing of it and decided to leave and apply somewhere else I was told my registration would be cancelled with immediate effect and would be refunded my registration and 1st installment with immediate effect but up to now which is going for its second week still no refund and after numerous emails am told to wait.I needed my money back to re-register but Varsity College who didn't want to give me tuition stood barrier between me and gaining access to entering into a new means of tuition and now I'm still unable to register anywhere since most institutes have closed registration,! I am completely enraged as they have ruined my hopes of creating a new opportunity for myself and they still are laid back and telling me I should be patient as refunds take up to ten days! No ways I want my money back and use it to start my goal! They cancelled on me with immediate effect but why haven't I received my money back on immediate effect! They are really bad time wasters
