Varsity College Rondebosh of lies

I'm so disappointed in Varisty College Rondebosh, I could write a whole book on what happened during the year. Horrible lecturers that cant even lecturer properly and marked our group POE unfairly but he cant even understand English??I contacted the principal and sent 2 long emails stating what was happening and how I felt.. he said my concerns were noted. It's been 2 WEEKS and no feedback from him. I'm so frustrated, we payed a lot of money to come here because I heard good things from this College and all the promises when they said they would help us if we have a problem but this whole year I've been sent from person to person and mine and everyone elses issues havent been resolved. I've spoken to a lot of people at Varsity College Rondebosh campus and they are going through the same thing of their concerns not being handled. I'm so disappointed in this college. I'm sorry but next year I wont be back. Poor service. Just lies and more lies.. I've tried to be nice because I know the AOCs and principal are busy but I've had enough. I dont know what else to do about this if I've gone through every communication channel ?!
