Varsity College Newland :(
Varsity college Cape Town (Newlands now) What a nightmare from day one! Once they have your money we cannot view everything. Set up an appointment with the principal last week, was told a female will contact us by Friday (last week) still waiting for her. However a male phones my daughter, to inform her that she has two modules of 2022 that she has been querying for sometime "She did not submit" how convenient!!! As per the principal there were problems "glitches" with the system (last week). No one takes the time to respond to emails (take there own sweet time if we lucky) the telephone no never works.
Consultants we last spoke to my daughter tells her "Do you know who you speaking to" WOW Is it about your title now!!! My daughter was explaining to her she could not view all her information on their system, in turn the consultant sends her a step by step guide as to how to get to it. You are an adult servicing clients you need to listen and not hear what you want to hear! She knows how to use the system that is why she told you she cant view information ??? "system glitches once again"
I'm sorry but I had enough!!!!
Prior to this my husbands personal information was leaked to a third party. No one informed us of this, my husband received an email which he had no idea why as her did not request it. He made contact with them as to why they sent him that email. Only to find out afterwards his information was given to a third party. To date no apology verbally or written.
HelloPeter please can you get answers?

The last letter my husband sent was giving Varsity College 30 days notice period to respond. NO ONE DID IN ANY FORM. Guess the colour of our skin is wrong to get attention!!!
