Varsity college Desperate to claim registration fees for no services

We were mislead by the advisor on the fees structure ,and they hid the fact that they need a lumpsum of R27 000 upfront as a deposit after they received my money they provided the fees schedule .NO SERVICES , NO CLASSES OR MATERIAL received. Why am I being charged for nothing ! I Requested a refund for the registration fees because they were dishonest .Now they refusing to provide me with the principal's email address. Are they so desperate to rob poor people of their hard earned money ?? I will understand if you levy me part of the fees for cancelling ,but not the entre amount paid. I don't want to hear any stories you cheated us into paying a registration fee for nothing I want a refund please refund me .
