Varsity College Cape Town won't upload my marks

As we approach the end of semester 1, I find myself not knowing my marks, and by extension not knowing if I have enough to be allowed to write the exam. I can only see the marks for one of my subjects, the other three subjects just aren't there, and in that one subject only one of my marks has been uploaded. I have gone through the alleged "proper channels" and the staff say they "escalated" it to the necessary department, but I still have to sit and wait to see if they fix it, or if i will have to repeat the semester because they decided they want to use an awful system to save a few bucks. I cannot tell you how stressful it is being in the middle of exams, not knowing if i am allowed to write the exam, while simultaneously trying to figure out if they even have my marks.
