Varsity College Cape Town cannot handle simple administrative tasks

Registering with Varsity college has been a nightmare. Firstly my undergraduate transcript is wrong, and I am told it will take at least a week to change 5 numbers, and I haven't heard anything about that issue since I complained. Secondly it took well over a month for them to change my postgraduate application, most of that time was Varsity college telling me its been changed or will be changed, only for it to not get changed. Now its finally been changed, or so I thought, I got a phone call today from their admin staff asking about my application for the wrong postgraduate studies. And now I also see my registration account with Varsity College, which had been completed I might add, has been blocked for seemingly no reason. Speaking with admin staff is like speaking to a brick wall, they cant seem to get anything done. And now that closing dates for all university's applications are closing I am getting more issues and less help. Varsity College Cape Town either don't care about their students, or they hire *********** staff, there is no other explanation for these continuous mistakes.
