if you are going to charge people fortunes for school fees, at least pretend to care about the service you provide to them. Varsity college Cape Town is disgusting even public universities provide better service with half the fees. They always harass student to register after registration all they care about is school fees and thereafter you're on your own. they never respond to emails, even if you log a ticket on the portal, they take for ever to help you. literally no staff on campus knows anything about anything they just tell you to log a ticket or call the Hub. there is a time when the student hub asked me to request someone on campus to email them on my behalf so that they can allow me to write in the second exam sitting all of them refused and Jaane told me they don't deal with registered students at the beginning of the year, they only focus on registration, I had to pay to repeat the module for something that wasn't even my fault. Varsity college does not care about their students they just want to make money. If you value your peace and mental health, please don't study there because every student that's already there can't wait to complete their qualification and leave because of that mediocre service.
