Varsity College - administration in shambles

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

We paid for my son's 2nd year @ Varsity College over 2 weeks ago. He passed his 1st yr last year. For over 3 weeks we have been trying to get his class schedule and information on his 2nd year. Even though he passed, and has proof of it, the Varsity College systems are saying he didnt... what a kock up!

EVERY single time we call the campus, or even if he goes there, we get sent from one department to another... Again this morning - nobody seems to know even who to speak to.... !! how bad is this....

He is now 2 weeks behind in his classes, and he is not being allowed to attend, even though he has paid his fees!!

How the hell does this happen.... at what point in time does this become a **** or *****??
