Where do I start, well their communication to the students and account payers is absolutely diabolical. Students get NO notification when there are new timetables out as well as the change of their student numbers, and assessment due dates. we have been without our online intranet system (where we access all our lecture material) for FOUR WEEKS and all we got was we deeply apologize for the delay. that is unacceptable, and due to that delay now all the text weeks and exams weeks have been changes and many assessment dates have been changed. Now VC is making it our problem. That is why I give them a 1 star. I certainly will not recommend Varsity College to anyone once I graduate. The whole registration process which another mess up on their end yet again, which then lead to other mess ups. For a PRIVATE institution, their service, communication, and overall care for the students and account payers is way below average.
