Unfair student treatment

This institution is intent on making money from students by failing them. Their administration is poor and some lecturers lack tact and students of colour are mostly victims of this. Midyear my daughter was flagged for plagiarism. After an investigation she was cleared. Coincidentally she then fails these two subjects. Upon request for a remark we were told that time has lapsed. She can however redo the modules with the supplementary exam in February 2025. My question was. 1. My daughters were not released the same time as other students because of the investigation 2. She was never informed when her marks were available 3. By the time her marks were available her peers had already completed the supplementary exam 2 4.. She was denied a fair opportunity like other students because VC awaited the investigation outcome. 5. Whose fault is the delay and why was my daughter not allowed to redo these modules. Just as a matter of interest, my daughter is a student who scores distinctions for her modules. She even received a bursary from VC for her excellent results. So my question, how do you go from hero to zero Or is this victimisation as I have challenged this institution and a few staff members in the past. Do yourself a favour and register at another institution where people are human and students treated with dignity, honesty and respect. By the way, I have it on record that my daughter cannot be blamed as VC did not release her marks timeously before supplementary exams were written. This sounds like a nice case to mitigate and will proceed in this manner before year end. Wake up VC, you are playing with the lives of students.
