<p>I have cancelled the service contract and gave one months’ notice accordingly.<br />They refuse to accept the cancellation and they want me to pay for classes that I did <br />not attend, pay the full fees and then get a credit to my account which any other family <br />member may use.<br />I do not have any family member that needs to go for lectures through the college and will never use the credit given the fact that most of the lectures were not helpful.<br />I did request a credit at the time so that I could of used towards the financial accounting<br />Lectures during my notice period, however they did not do so.<br />I should not have to be liable considering I followed protocol regarding cancellation.<br />I feel very disgusted and defenceless as they issue me with warnings to go to legal<br />and try to do a listing against me.</p>
