Poor establishment

I have studied 3 years through varsity college. I failed certain modules with 0% when i sent it ti get remarked (which costed me an additional R500) it came back with a distinction.. Nevertheless. I dropped out of varsity college and carried on with my studies through unisa. In order to get my modules credited certain documents where required from varsity college. When i went to see them about this. I received an extremely negative response. They were arguing with me and their tone of voice changed into a rude manner! Im very upset and felt uneasy being their and asking for documents that belong to me!
