No accountability

My daughter registered with this institution. They completely messed up the registration and only registered once assessments had already started. She asked to cancel because of their error. The funds is still being deducted from my account monthly. They have still not been able to sort out their own mess and refuse to refund the funds despite numerous calls, emails and tickets logged.
