My refund please.
Please do not be fooled by them saying that they will get back to you. I reported the incident with their Managing Director and she was going to revert back to me shortly (no update or feedback). Guys the level of unprofessionalism. Why is it so difficult to get my refund, I just want to move on and forget this ever happened. How difficult can that be?? VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
