Logging tickets & Communication

Varsity College is so ***********. They don't have a sense of urgency! I've been logging in tickets with regards to my transfer documents as well as my credit queries and still to no avail. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! It's terrible. I've been waiting for my academic credit to be fixed for the past month and still nobody has assisted me. I've been submitting tickets for the past month every week. But they respond to the ones that suit them. I'm utterly disappointed and annoyed.
