Late results no job post

I am extremely disappointed in the service from Varsity College. I am the account payer on behalf of my sister in her final year teaching. She is yet to receive her results and she has app**** for teaching post and won't be able to get a job if her results is not out in time. I pay a high amount for fees and this is the dismal service i recieve. As a private institution I honestly expect much better service and results to be out much sooner. Is the institution going to give them a post when they cannot get one because of late results?
