Lack of response

My daughter had to hand in her last assignment to graduate in b Ed Foundation Phase. She didn’t get sent a link to send her assignment. She has sent an email to the student hub and no response. We have tried calling, and have logged that complaint already with HelloPeter. Who does a person speak to, to get this sorted. It is ridiculous. (Newlands campus). There is another date of 28th feb where she can hand it In. She wants to get this sorted out please. (She cannot call VC during the day as she is working full day).
