IIE Varsity College atrocious parking rules

I would give negative stars if I could! It is ridiculous. No parking, students are threatened with having their cars towed if they park in the street but are turned away from the paid parking structure which was promoted on application to this "prestigious college". Answer this Varsity College Cape Town: Where must students park?
