Exam missing online

I have two issues to address:

1st - I submitted my take home exam in semester 1 on time and have email proof thereof that it was uploaded. I gave the lecturer time to mark it aswell. I followed up with the lecturer whether my exam was marked, he specified that marking is being finalized. I continue to wait eventually I followed up with VC to see what is happening with my marks only to find out my exam had disappeared on the portal / system. This situation has happened to other student whom exam had disappeared to which she uploaded her exam, she was given the okay from VC to resubmit her exam - in my case I am not given the same opportunity as it’s not my fault but VC. Had I not followed up I would have not known my exam had vanished onto the system. Even though I have proof that I did upload I am being forced to do a Safety Net Exam that is an additional charge, capped marks and have to come to campus to write an exam during Covid pandemic.

2nd - there is a Covid life or death pandemic threat going on and I’m being forced to come to campus to write an exam . This is not okay , VC needs to take into account our safety .
