Disappointed with experience received

My name is Daniella Mayala, I am really hurt by the experience I received from varsity college.i booked an appointment with kamryn Smith in October 2024 at newlands and she really helped me a lot with what steps to take helped me apply and made sure that I completed everything that needed to be completed.I app**** in October 2024 for 2025 but until today I have not received any feedback from varsity college to at least confirm that I have been accepted or not and I was told that the process does not take long. In November kamryn sent me a message stating that she is no longer working for varsity college and that my new student advisor is Ebrahim Ismail who was a ghost through out the month.i sent him a message and email asking for feedback but he was never active nor responded to my emails.I decided to be patient November,December and January hoping to receive feedback in February but no.then January 2025 I received an email from Rahul Kataria asking me to provide him with outstanding documents (which I did again) He then never got back to me, I sent him 5 emails but no response I am really hurt because of the false hope that I had and now the thought of taking another gab year hurts more.
