As a current student enrolled in Corporate Communication studies, I've had the WORST experience with Varsity College since 2021!
From missing module submissions to unprofessional staff, I've faced countless issues. Despite meeting with the Dean, my concerns were dismissed and I was told to re-enroll for the missing module... which I did, along with 3 additional modules!
But the mistakes continue! My latest transcript is INCORRECT, showing I was enrolled for only 1 module instead of 4. I have PAID for all FOUR modules,I've called, emailed, and logged tickets, but NOTHING has been done!
Varsity College, it's time to DO BETTER! Your lack of accountability and professionalism has taken a toll on me. I demand better service and accurate record-keeping!

I appreciate your response, but unfortunately, it's a fami**** one that hasn't led to meaningful action. Despite repeated assurances, I'm still waiting to be contacted. As a student, I feel dismissed and unvalued. The subpar service I've received since 2021 has been marked by empty promises, ignored emails, and a general lack of follow-through. It's disappointing and frustrating.
