Deregistering of Application

My niece registered with your college and was accepted and paid the application fee and was places in a wrong class and could get access to her portal she asked the Student advisor what was the issues she (Pamela Sibeko) said she has to pay the registration fee in order to gain access to the portal which was not disclosed when she stated her lesson now she wants to deregister she is advised again by the same Person Pamela that she will be liable for the full study fee which is R60000 as per the contract yet she didnt use any facilities from the school
