Deny of Transcript

hello Peter, i never thought that i would be here writing this but the frustration i am in is too much, I've been study with Varsity college the one in Cape town since 2014, last year when i was doing my last subject to complete my degree on the day of the final exam i was told i could not write the exam because of the outstanding fees i had and i was deregistered from that subject, and in order to complete my degree i had to set the outstanding fees and come next year and repeat the whole module from the scratch, yeah acknowledge that before that they had given me chances to set the outstanding, but it was not my intention not to pay the fees specially when it was my last subject to complete my degree but the truth is that my i did not have the money to pay, and varsity was never a cheap college, my sponsor income went down and the whole pandemic thing was not make things easy, and up to day i was not able to complete my degree, I've been looking for job so that i could gather some money pay my outstanding fees and complete my degree, on Monday i saw this job opportunity which looks very promising and i have all the requirements but in order to complete my application i would need a transcript with my results up to where i stopped with my study, i contacted varsity college asking for the transcript and they said they cant give me the transcript unless i pay the outstanding fees, i email them back saying that I'm trying to get this job so that i can save money and pay that outstanding and that was an opportunity that cant miss, i even suggested that they send me the transcript off all the subjects i have paid as i only left with outstanding payment of two subjects from the whole thirty plus subject that is included in my degree, right now i'm about to loose a job opportunity which would help me to pay my school fees outstanding and finish my degree just because an institution that claims to care about their student is refusing to get me a simple transcription, a one year higher certificate course i did with them is paid, my first year is paid, my second year is paid part of my third year with exception of two subject is paid but still their refusing to give me the transcript. its very frustrating
