Complete lack of service

After being with Independent Institution of Education for 4 years. Im extremely frustrated with their consistent failure to deliver student support!! Firstly to register this year was an absolute nightmare!! (We register with the same documents every single year!) Firstly it took numerous weeks just to get registered. I had logged many complaints and eventually someone called and still after that weeks later i wasn't registered. My debit order forms completed and sent through along with allll documentation. Apparently months later they call me veryyy stroppy about "payments missed" ( i have 5 kids at 5 schools how the heck do I keep track of what gets debited from my husbands account). I asked the lady politely why? She said because we don't have your bank details. I then proceeded to send another email with proof of the debit order forms and all other documentation i had sent in the beginning of the year to the woman who registered me. I sent her an email asking why i was not registered correctly. She reassured me she would sort it out and then get them to contact me and sort the payment out. Today another email comes through to my husband (I'm still waiting on my response since asking them why nothing has been registered to my name) saying they have attempted to male contact without fail. And i now owe even more money. I have asked for a breakdown of that statement so we can see if we are paying even more now since their mistake. And i will definitely be proceeding with further steps if this is not resolved. I have 5 schools that i deal with monthly. I have 5 kids being debited monthly. Never have we ever had issues with debit orders from any of these schools. Yet an institution of higher education can't get something so simple right. So dissapointed with this institution, rather get your education elsewhere. Save yourself the nightmare.
