Bad service and terrible communication!

I cant believe that an institution that charges as much as they do are so disorganised. My daughters classes apparently start on the 28th of Feb (next week). She is a 3rd year student. We still don't have a timetable. Don't know if its morning or afternoon classes. We have to arrange lifts to classes and my daughter also has a job which will be affected by the schedule. We have phoned numerous times and either they don't answer, or we get cut off. When we have been able to get through we still cant be helped. Shocking!!! The registration process was also a nightmare. Complicated and a long unnecessary procedure. But they quick to email for your proof of payment! Cant say its been a pleasant experience at all.
