Absolutely no student support!

Extremely shocking! I am extremely frustrated and angry with varsity college. Their communication and care for their students is absolutely shocking. Ever since I started my studies through Varsity College it has been a constant struggle. They do not communicate with us nor respond to our tickets logged regarding issues.

In May this year, I was admitted into hospital for 4 days and logged a ticket for an extension on an assignment that I was unable to complete due to being admitted into hospital. Varsity College did not respond to my ticket for more than two weeks and when they did, they denied me the extension as according to them I was not admitted into hospital, even though I had sent them the doctor's notes from both the neurologist and cardiologist which stated that I, in fact, was admitted into hospital.

Then again in September, I was told 2 days before my accounting assignment 1 was due that I would be registered for accounting 1B. After I logged a ticket, I was also told not to submit any work over a week later. I submitted my assignment anyway as I had not heard back from VC and my assignment was marked and I have received my mark of 77%. To date, I have not heard anything from Varsity College after calling them numerous times and logging many tickets regarding this issue. I now have assignment 2 due and have not heard anything from varsity college once again.

A horrific experience with Varsity college!!!!
