Ridiculous service, filled with lies and empty promises!

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review, perhaps someone else had a good interaction with Vars Gepars, but, I have not and hoping I can help someone not waste their money. In May 2024, I sent my wedding bouquet to a flower preservation vendor named Vars Gepars. What followed was nearly a year of delays, broken promises, and long stretches of silence. When the product finally arrived in April 2025—11 months later—it was a complete disappointment: poorly preserved flowers, careless design, and absolutely nothing like what had been promised or advertised. I sent a formal complaint outlining everything that had happened. Natasha responded with an apology and offered: 1. A remake using different preserved orchids. 2. A full refund if we returned the frame. 3. A partial refund if we kept the frame. We chose the full refund and asked her to courier back the few preserved flowers still in her possession. Since then: • My husband has emailed her (almost weekly for the last few months). • I WhatsApped her. • To date, no refund and no flowers have been returned. She now appears to have blocked me, keeps sending blank emails, and then falsely claims she has rep**** but that we don’t respond. This behaviour is dishonest. She is a **** and a **** artist. I want my money back because I still want the chance to have another item made—or at least try. Given her refusal to resolve this, I will be taking the matter to small claims court. I have kept all the evidence of this ordeal — every message, email, and photo — and I will gladly supply it. If you’re considering using Vars Gepars, please think twice.
