I lost Money to Varl because of a wrong network but correct address

Hi

I sent money to a Varl address using the network they dont support by mistake, the address is correct and the two networks have same address, money never reached its destination because Varl does not support the network I used but the two networks share the same address.

I cannot believe they say they are unable to assist with this when the address I sent to is a correct Varl address just because of the network

I believe there is a way they can assist they are just not putting an effort because money is not theirs

It is not good that I have lost money to Varl.

Can support escalate this matter to their management to do something about this or even activate the network where money was sent
