Frustrated with lack of communication. Still waiting for order.

A lot of positive reviews. I do not know what has gone wrong. I ordered 3 shirts on 18 September 2024. Paid for them and still waiting for delivery or any form of contact from them on 4 October 2024. I have emailed numerous times and have received NO feedback whatsoever. I hope there is a simple mistake somewhere, but the service i am currently getting is really bad. There is no way to contact VARKHART at all other than ***. Unless someone can help.
