Terrible service and extremely disappointing experience.
I took my Lotus 7 track car in for a brake upgrade and was told the car would be ready within 10 days. I constantly followed up and asked for updates, but three weeks later, they had not even started working on the car. If they had been honest from the beginning about the timeframe, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I wasted three weeks constantly chasing them for updates with no progress on the car. Very poor communication, no respect for the promised timeline, and completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
