Vardo Care - Unacceptable customer care

I bought Marine Collagen from this company. The product is sickly sweet and we are unable to drink or eat it with anything. I have contacted them on numerous platforms from email to contact messages; Whatsapp messages and calls and voice messages and had absolutely no response! Pathetic I will never buy from them again
