Worst insurance ever

Hello Peter iv never had such bad insurance experience in my life. Iv been insured with Vap-sure for the past 2 years. Recently I got into an accident for the very first time, and I claimed. They have been giving me the run around, I have to call them every single day to get things done. When I went through my policy paper I found that they have charged me for a sunroof, mind you my car doesn't even have a sunroof. They fail to take responsibility for anything, they just blame it on "my broker". They are not helpful at all, when you ask questions they tell you to read the fine print. If I knew this is what I was going to go through I would have just taken insurance from well known brands like Miway, not this fly by night insurance. My advice to everybody is that, if you are looking for real insurance rather go for something you know, not these insurances that are sold over the phone because it's false advertising, what they sell you and what you get are two completely different things.
