Vehicle never assessed

This company has shown completely repulsive utter incomptence when handling my claim! My car got into an accident on the 25th of Dec. It was at low speed so there really isn't that much damage, and an A.R. was done same day. We were only able to file a claim on the 7th of Jan with them. In all the time we filed the claim the only tangible piece of information they have on the car is the tracking information. They have not seen the car itself, no photo were sent, the car is not assessed, they don't have any quotations from my end yet. Off just the tracking information they have ruled my car as code 2 write off. Mind you, the car is still drivable!

I am absolutely disgusted with the way these ************ people conduct their business. This company should just close down.
