<div>My mom had an accident and her car was then written off and she submitted everything and signed but now they have not responded it’s been 23 days since she signed and posted the keys and service book. The consultant that was helping her does not respond to her emails.

The customer service of this insurance is very questionable. It would be great if someone can assist my mother with her claim.</div>
