vap-sure is a ****. They took my car to their penal beaters now they don't want to pay, they ask me a lot of documents and information I don't even know where to get. I joined their insurance before taking the car from the dealership. Now they tell me to pay everything towing, storage and fixes. The penal beaters refuse to release the car without the insurance permission. I am stuck and don't what to do.
