Unsatisfied customer with Vapsure insurance company

My car was involved in an accident on the 29th of December 2023. I submitted the information requested January 2024. The insurer is asking for endless documents. The insurer informed that the car has been written off, I have not received any forms to complete to hand over the vehicle to the insurer. Today, (2/5/24) they are requesting a renewed license disk the car has been with them from December 29th. What should I pay for the renewed license of the vehicle that is not in my possession? When I ask about the process of returning my car back, they say it will the discretion of management to return the car to me. Please assist, i am tired. I told them that they are ******, waiting for one document not to be submitted and not paying my money back for the vehicle. They even requested the receipt for the purchase of the vehicle. I did not submit, now they are finding ways to make it difficult for me to get anything from there. The guy that bumped me, has been having his vehicle for 3months, I am still fighting with Vapsure insurance from January 2024, we are entering the 5th month and I don't see it ending. Meantime, I am paying premiums. I need assistance on this matter.
