Unreliable insurance is VAP-SURE

Goodday Vap-sure disappointed me alot I’ve been warned about it but gave it a benefit of the doubt. On the 13th of December 2022 I got involved in a car accident were the truck was overtaking a van and I was approaching I suave to the left avoiding the collision and the car rolled I was rushed to the hospital , I called Vapsure insurance and they said they won’t pay for the towing company because it was not sent by them. They don’t pick up calls they only respond to emails after some time. It took the a whole month to fetch the car and storage fee was sky high , they paid for the storage without my knowledge made arrangements without any consultation with me. They requested settlement letter and log book well it was sent to them, a week after my claim was rejected because I was travelling at 100km at 60km road mind you there’s is no board for speed in that area. They went on and said I owe them an amount of almost 25k and they won’t release my car at SMD without paying this amount of money. This money is for storage fee that they’ve paid for without my knowledge and these fees accumulated because they took time almost a month to fetch the car. VAPSURE insurance was my biggest mistake.
