Ride and very arrogant so called claim manager Leonard ungeree

I submitted a claim a month ago and have not had any joy as I haven’t received any feedback I have to call and check and every time I call I’m always told that my claim has been escalated to management for the past 3 weeks. I have been promised by 1 pm I will wait no call or email when I call I’m always told it’s escaped to management.Today I called and I asked for a manager since I haven’t had any joy on my claim .I was very shocked with first the attitude then the rudeness of the so called manager Leonard ungeree who hang up on me saying he has personal issues he needs to attend to after lying that he has sent me email when I asked for him to forward the email he sent This is the worst experience I have had from an insurance company and especially that I also deal with clients and I can’t do what was done to me it will be instant dismissal This is a simple claim of a phone I even regret having insurance with this company and looking at the reviews I can see a lot of people complaining
