I spoke to a guy by the name of Leornard I think he's a manager in claims department very rude and arrogant does not take customers feelings into consideration, he is self centered and only thinks of himself, now he's telling me China is to blame for my claim not being paid, and he is going to accept the big amount that the towing company is chargibg and i must pay it,
