Process of claim

I have been with Vapsure insurance since 2020. Now in 2022 I just had an accident with my car. I am worried when I read some other people's review about their claims here. I hope I won't be disappointed on my claim too as I am in a process of it. I now feel discouraged and fear a lot. Hope mine won't have these disappointments because I trust this insurance 100%
