Poor service & highly unprofessional

I took out a policy with Vap-sure guys I’ve never heard about before through Rooks insurance brokers just over a month ago & from the beginning during the underwriting I asked the guy who was helping me about how much my payment would be including the pro-rata as it should be on all policies with every client but the guy didn’t bother to give me the full amount due. Well we concluded the call without him confirming the total & correct amounts even after promising he would do so, of which now I know it was deliberate due to their unprofessionalism & terrible service. I expected that when they eventually send the communications with policy wording they would include the entire information especially the amount due before the 1st debit order which didn’t happen. Unfortunately I had a claim in the process after I’ve spoken to them regarding the payment & they promised to do the debit order the following month which is this month December 2022 including the pro-rata etc. After a series of extremely terrible bad service from both Rooks Insurance Brokers & Vap-sure insurances I decided to cancel the policy before the so-called debit order after replacing my lost items on my own because the entire process was very exhausting since I had to be the only one asking what’s going on with my claim for over 2 weeks. After I canceled the policy via email which I copied Melandre Job from Rooks, Vivek, claims department & Thato Matlhoko all from Vap-sure just to mention the people I can remember from this unprofessional insurance company. To my surprise they sent me a letter of cancellation a day or so after claiming that they’ve canceled my policy due to none payment when I was as a matter of fact the one that has canceled due to their poor services. I asked them to rectify their wrong title on the cancellation which they refused claiming that they’re the ones that cancelled the policy even though I’ve got everything on record.

I’d also want to know how does Vap-sure render/offer insurance policies with stuff that isn’t fit & proper because it’s quit evidently that these guys are *********** & probably not compliant to say the very least.

I don’t recommend anyone to take out insurance with these guys they’re highly unprofessional, arrogant, *********** & misleading.
