Pathetic service from Vap-sure yet again!!!!!

Vapsure and their pathetic service at it again. My phone was ****** from me a week and a half a go, the insurers then opted to replace my phone using their service provider New World. New World has the worst reviews and i've also heard from people who have bought phones from there which stopped charging 3 days later. I informed the insurer that i do not want a phone from New World due to their reviews. The manger then asked that i get my own service provider which they will then use, i then called iStore who confirmed that the iPhone XR had been discontinued and they gave me a quote for the iPhone 11 64gig for 10999 and the iphone 11 128gig for 12999. The authorized amount for the iPhone XR from New World was 12999. I already informed my insurer that i refuse to use New World as a service provider hence i did my own research and came back with quotes from the iStore since no other provider has the iPhone XR in stock due to it being discontinued. My insurer has now come back to me after two days to say they will change the authorization to the iPhone 11 64 gig but still with New World when i showed them the reviews from this shop. I refuse to use this shop as a service provider. This is not the first time Vap-sure has treated me like this, they gave me the poorest of service in 2020 when i claimed for my windscreen to say i am yet again disappointed would be an understatement i basically have been with these people for over 5 years and i don't understand why. I will definitely be moving my insurance this time around all of it cause i cannot have a headache from a mere claims process. Why are they refusing to use another service provider and not New World?
