No peace of mind with vapsure

I joined vapsure insurance when I bought my vehicle. On the 6/07/2019 was involved in an accident.the claim was later registed.the problem started when I started asking for feedback I get a problem.either they still waiting for some document which I trace n email.days later I ask for feedback m faced with yet another problem I againt I trace and email until it got to the point WHR they say management is investigating the claim they car is been sitting for 3weeks in the sun whithout a quotation because management is still investigating the claim.the is no feedback or phone call you have to run after them to get a lame excuse. The car is not even a writeoff
