No communication from vapsure

It has been almost a month now we still have not had any feedback from the insurance company. Cristo was the person helping us with the claim and he has gone silent no one picks up calls or even bother to respond to emails.

All along they were communicating until it’s time to make payment now there’s no feedback. It is so frustrating!!!
