****mer brokers

I am no longer interested in insurances since I experienced a horrible treatment from this company. My car got involved in an accident, bumping another one at the robot. When I submit claim with all required documents including the third party, they again required another bundle of documents including proof of employment and bank statement. I sent everything then they again want me to explain into details what I was doing from the morning of that day until when the accident happened ( which I even explain in brief). Since the 3rd of January they have been taking me from piller to post.

The worst part is when they again want me to submit details of the third party in which it was provided in the initial claim form ( this concluded that really they a ****mers they don't want to pay for the damages). The third party has been trying to reach them, they drop her calls or tell her they will call her even today.

Please stay away from this ****mers, they take our money but when claim they frustrate you with the process. They are not willing to serve people at all
