HOW INCONSIDERATE VAP-SURE IS TO CLIENT

My little brother bought a car and joined vap sure insurance. He has not skipped any payments since he joined but the day he had an accident we saw the true colours of how selfish and self-centered this insurance is. They didn't only reject his claim but the said they will also not be paying for towing and storage of the vehicle. where they kept the car for a month not giving him feedback. Vap-sure is nothing but nonsense they like when they deduct money but when they have to pay they come with excuses it's unfair. my brother is not only stressed about fixing the car he is worried about the other expenses that vapsure was supposed to take care of nobody asked them to keep the car for so long for it to only be assest. Today my little brother confirmed with the panel beaters that they had sent the quotation long time to vap-sure but they never responded.i advice anyone who is considering joining Vap sure not to cause they assisted my brother with nothing. It's so disappointing how these insurance always chase after money and forget that we as consumers or clients join them because we want to be assisted or peace of mind in time of need. But useless insurance like vap sure don't even care I really hope one day they pay for treating loyal clients like this. I remember advising my brother to join PMD but he said he was happy to stay with vap-sure now he regrets cause of their poor treatment and lack of consideration.
