HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BAD INSURANCE BUSINESS

I was in a traumatic accident at the beginning of the month. after a week vap-sure asked me for a settlement letter and asked me for a NATIS report from my bank. The further asked me to contact car track for a report. which I submitted all to them. After a week, my broker and myslef following up with VAPSURE . My claim got repudiated, they accused me of going 100kmh in a street which absolutely ridiculous and impossible for me further more they say the street was in a bad condition which is not true. They repudiated my claim and did not give me proof of these allegations.
